We offer a 45-night trial. We stand behind our quality and are confident that you will fall in love with our products. If for some reason the products do not meet your expectations, we will gladly accept a return within 45 days of purchase.
We do not accept returns or exchanges after 45 days under any circumstances.
To be eligible for a return, Please note, the returned bedding should only be gently used and shipped back in original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may be denied a refund. Return shipping and processing will be paid by the customer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, 5-10 business days after the product is received in our warehouse.
Refunds are processed 5-10 business days and may take a while to post to your bank or credit card account. Please allow sufficient time and contact us at email@example.com if you do not see it.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for details.
